Must be willing to take a CI Polygraph if required. * 5+ years of experience in geospatial data management, data governance, or data stewardship, preferably in a complex organizational environment. A combination of education, professional certifications, and training may be substituted in lieu of years of experience. * Proficiency in SQL and a foundational understanding of database technologies, with the ability to analyze and profile data * Strong understanding of data management principles, data governance frameworks, and data quality concepts * Familiarity with data privacy regulations and their impact on data management practices * Proficiency in the ESRI suite, geodatabase technologies, and web capabilities * Working knowledge of geospatial metadata, standards, and implementation * Excellent documentation, communication, and collaboration skills ## Description * Maintain accuracy and consistency of geospatial data management, including data standards development and protection of data per office and agency regulations * Perform in-depth analysis of analytic operations and knowledge management issues across organizational and intra-IC boundaries, and clearly articulate findings * Review analytic products for argumentation, tradecraft, industry and agency standards, and analytic rigor * Analyze complex data landscapes, identify data risks, and define mitigation strategies * Coordinate the implementation of data improvement initiatives in collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders * Maintain data governance artifacts and support audits and compliance requirements, For government reporting purposes, we ask candidates to respond to the below self-identification survey.
