Do you have experience in Technical support?, Do you have a Associate's degree?, Equivalent to an Associates Degree, GIS Certificate or one year of related experience.

## Description

Review recorded deeds, legal documents, plats, probate records, and related instruments to determine property ownership.

Research and maintain accurate chain of title and ownership history for parcels within the county.

Interpret legal descriptions and identify discrepancies between recorded

Research complex ownership issues involving estates, LLCs, corporations, trusts, subdivisions, and boundary changes.

Verify parcel splits, combinations, and property transfers for accuracy.

Utilize legal descriptions, plats, surveys, subdivision documents, and recorded deeds to support parcel mapping updates.
Ensure ownership and assessment records properly correspond with mapped parcel boundaries.

Maintain and update databases using GIS.

Utilize GIS to update and maintain geodatabases as new data is received.

Produce printed GIS maps showing geospatial features.

Conduct research of legal documents as necessary to insure correct placement of geospatial features.

Provide limited technical assistance for the County EnterpriseGIS.
