Preferred Qualifications * Experience with: o SAP HCM. o SAP S/4HANA integrations. o Workforce scheduling and payroll systems. o SAP Analytics Cloud or HR analytics tools. o SAP Fiori applications. * Experience in public sector, transportation, utilities, infrastructure, or large enterprise environments. * Experience supporting Agile and hybrid delivery methodologies. * Prior consulting or contractor experience in enterprise SAP environments. Required Certifications * Preferred certifications include one or more of the following: o SAP Certified Application Associate - SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central. o SAP Certified Application Associate - SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting. o SAP Certified Application Associate - SAP SuccessFactors Performance & Goals. o SAP Certified Application Associate - SAP SuccessFactors Learning. o SAP SuccessFactors certifications relevant to supported modules. o HR professional certifications (e.g., SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, SPHR) preferred.
