This role manages the helpdesk ticketing system, troubleshoots technical problems, and delivers high-quality customer service to maintain smooth day-to-day operations. Responsibilities include installing, configuring, and maintaining desktops, laptops, mobile devices, printers, and other peripherals, as well as supporting and updating software applications and system tools. This role will also assist with hardware asset management, software licensing, and documentation to ensure compliance with company standards and IT best practices. This role will work with TPA to ensure that our company's technology systems are reliable, up-to-date, and meet the needs of the company. This candidate will work closely with senior leadership to develop technology policies to be administered throughout the company.
