Do you have experience in Writing skills?, Do you have a High school diploma or GED?, * Minimum High School Diploma

 * Excellent writing and grammar skills
 * Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite with advanced skills in Word and Excel
 * Knowledge of SAGE accounting software preferred
 * Strong and effective communication skills
 * Demonstrates initiative, flexibility and teamwork in daily performance
 * Positive, reliable and eager to learn new responsibilities
 * Maintain organization and priority of work in active and busy surroundings

## Description

* Function as point of contact for 700 Members of an organization on the phone and in person;
 * Provide efficient support to Organization's Officers: assist in daily office needs and general administrative activities;
 * Prepare communications to Members such as bulk mailing and other correspondence, scheduling and communicating member meetings and events;
 * Create and maintain filing systems, both electronic and physical, to maintain membership dues, work history and personal information. Data entry is required.
 * Post dues receipts daily, balance and prepare reports weekly , matching to bank deposits and record summary to accounting;
 * Receipt in contractor payments for hourly dues and member hours worked;
 * Monthly, close out dues activity and prepare reports to send to National Office, Regional Council, and Auditors, * Please describe your proficiency with the Microsoft Excel application.
 * Please identify bookkeeping/accounting experience.
 * Please identify how you developed data system input skills.
