Do you have a valid Driver's License license?, Do you have experience in Windows?, * Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Windows 10 and 11, Windows Server 2019, 2021, and 2025, and Microsoft MS Office 365

 * Perform systems administration tasks, including Active Directory and Windows Group Policy management
 * Troubleshoot DHCP, DNS, file, and print services
 * Utilize solid knowledge of TCP/IP networking and Microsoft MS Office 365
 * Experience with Remote Desktop Protocol (RDP) and Citrix is a plus
 * Utilize Remote Management Tools for troubleshooting and support

Requirements:

 * 3+ years of experience in a help desk or IT support role
 * Ability to lift up to 50 pounds unassisted
 * Valid driver's license and reliable car
