 * Strong quantitative, analytical, and problem-solving skills
 * An entrepreneurial attitude with a keen eye for detail
 * Organized, disciplined, and can manage multiple priorities simultaneously
 * Industrious - ideally can drive, or willing to learn to drive, tractors, and anything with four wheels
 * Ag-gnostic - can walk up to a farmer, talk the talk, walk the walk, i.e. not intimidated

DESIRED EXPERIENCE

 * Mastery of NodeJS/Typescript
 * Mastery of SQL/NOSQL database engines
 * Familiarity with Python
 * Experience working with geospatial data
 * Experience working with Docker-based software
 * Experience working with 3d graphics
 * 5+ years building cloud-native services with Amazon Web Services (AWS) - including DynamoDB, Lambda, S3, ECS
