In this role, you'll partner closely with senior product leaders, engineering, and UX to translate customer needs into clear priorities and actionable work that drives measurable outcomes. You'll help execute key product priorities, monitor performance, and ensure compliance, while identifying opportunities to improve engagement and strengthen the overall client experience., * Partner with a cross-functional agile product team to drive day-to-day execution and deliver against key Profile and Alerts priorities * Collaborate with the Senior Product Owner to maintain insights on personas, user journeys, product metrics, and outcomes while ensuring compliance standards are met * Enhance digital profile management, communication preferences, and alert capabilities to improve engagement, usability, and overall customer satisfaction * Contribute to the development and execution of the digital Profile product strategy, including defining and tracking key performance indicators aligned to business outcomes.
