The area of responsibility for this role is broad and requires thorough knowledge of company processes, telecommunications infrastructure construction, and operational best practices. The ideal candidate must be capable of planning and coordinating multiple operational activities across ISP (Inside Plant) and OSP (Outside Plant) programs while ensuring safe, efficient, and profitable project execution. This individual must be an effective leader who can identify opportunities for improvement, develop high-performing teams, and drive operational excellence.
