Do you have experience in Printer (troubleshooting support)?, * 1-3 years of IT field support or hardware repair experience.

 * Hands-on experience with Lexmark, HP, Plotter, and large-format printers.
 * Strong break-fix troubleshooting and OEM hardware service experience.
 * Knowledge of computer hardware, software, printers, networking, and peripheral devices.
 * Excellent customer service and communication skills.
 * Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and travel to customer sites.
 * Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
