## About the Role

Do you have experience in Workday?, Do you have a Bachelor's degree?, + Minimum 5 years proven prior success in roles directly implementing Workday Adaptive Planning or Legacy Adaptive Insights

 + 5-7 years' experience in analyzing requirements, writing functional specifications, conducting tests, troubleshooting issues and interfacing with business users
 + Huron requires a Bachelor's Degree in a field related to this position or equivalent work experience
 + Willingness to travel up to 50%
Preferred Skills & Experience:

 + Holds active Workday Certification (Financials or Adaptive preferred)
 + May consider candidates with prior experience implementing TM1 Cognos, Anaplan, or Oracle EPM solutions
 + Experience leading medium to large scale Adaptive Planning (or similar) implementation projects
 + Experience with Adaptive in both development and administrative roles
 + Experience with automation and integration of Adaptive
 + Extensive knowledge of Excel
 + Extensive knowledge FP&A processes and activities
 + Prior team management experience, experience managing people (mentoring, delegating, reviewing work, and coaching staff)
 + Experience in pre-sales activities, proposal development, presentations, and Demo's
 + Willingness to attend and present at orals
