Candidates must be authorized to work in the U.S. without current or future visa sponsorship., * Bachelor's degree in business-related field (Master's degree a plus) * Minimum of 5+ years of related experience, with a preference for previous work in change management, project management, or operations * Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional initiatives and driving execution from planning through implementation * Proven ability to manage multiple priorities, including coordinating dependencies and balancing organizational capacity * Experience driving change initiatives with a focus on adoption, stakeholder alignment, and measurable outcomes * Understanding of the nonprofit sector, fundraising, and/or professional services preferred * Experience collaborating with a diverse set of leaders and developing unifying solutions * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience using metrics or dashboards to track performance and outcomes * Monday.com experience preferred ## Description As the Director, Operations & Change Management, you serve as the execution and adoption engine of the Transformation office, responsible for translating firm strategy into coordinated action and ensuring the organization successfully absorbs and sustains change.
