Ability to write information including reports. Ability to speak effectively to customers, vendors and coworkers up through all levels of management and staff. Ability to speak effectively and clearly with the public and external customers. ## Description At Star Constructions, as a Manager Telecom Construction, you'll manage job performance, revenue, expenses within assigned work area of the associated underground construction or utilities, in a safe and effective manner., * The Manager Telecom is responsible for a defined area/region of operation set forth by the direct manager and will be in charge for daily production including superintendents, supervisors, foreman and crews reporting to the supervisors. * The Manager Telecom assists with all employee development within their designated area of operations to include employee growth and performance planning. * The Manager Telecom is responsible for ensuring customer requests and problems are handled in a professional and timely manner and within the proper guidelines * The Manager Telecom must ensure that all dealings with outside vendors are ethical and built on good business values and relationships. * The Manager Telecom must be involved in the approval process of all material vendors and sub-contractor agreements within the area with final approval of the Sr Manager Telecom and Vice President of Operations and President if required. All pricing within the contract agreements will be approved in advance of starting a project.
