This individual will serve as a technical leader responsible for designing, building, and optimizing the data conversion architecture that powers enterprise migration efforts. The ideal candidate combines strong data engineering expertise with practical experience supporting complex conversion projects. They understand how to architect data movement, transformation, validation, and cleansing processes while partnering closely with analysts, business stakeholders, and development teams.
