## About the Role

3-5 years of IT experience (open to entry-level candidates with strong potential)

Bachelor's degree in IT or related field

Experience with ticketing systems and troubleshooting hardware/software issues

Strong understanding of networking fundamentals, LAN/WAN, and telecom systems

Hands-on experience with imaging, equipment setup, racking and stacking,and multifunction devices

Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform field-based tasks

Comfortable working independently and traveling to various sites

Vendor management and coordination experience

Strong communication, organization, and documentation skills

Familiarity with routers, switches, and provisioning tasks is a plus

This is a hands-on, field-based role responsible for installing, maintaining, and supporting a wide range of IT infrastructure-including networking, telecom, software imaging, and hardware systems.
