 * Solid cybersecurity awareness and operational discipline
 * Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills

## Description

* Support and administer Windows Server/Client, AD, Microsoft 365/Exchange, SQL, RDS
 * Manage monitoring, patching, backups, performance, and capacity
 * Troubleshoot escalations across servers, networking, identity, and security
 * Maintain documentation, runbooks, and operational standards
 * Support Hyper-V/VMware and contribute to automation (PowerShell/RMM)
 * Strengthen security: MFA, identity hardening, patching, endpoint protection
 * Manage Microsoft Entra, conditional access, and Azure workload optimization
 * Participate in on-call rotation after 3 months
