Experience * 5+ years of experience in systems, infrastructure engineering, or related fields. * Experience supporting on-premises or co-located data center infrastructure. * Hands-on experience with enterprise server hardware and virtual infrastructure (VMware vSphere/ESXi; vCenter HA). * Experience supporting Windows Server and Linux environments, including RHEL, Ubuntu, and Rocky Linux. * Familiarity with SQL Server infrastructure as well as NVIDIA GPU-based server and workstation hardware. * Understanding of performance tuning, capacity planning, and observability. * Ability to troubleshoot complex issues, perform root cause analysis, and support disaster recovery efforts. * Familiarity with hardware administration, RAID configuration, driver management, lifecycle management, and remote management tools such as iDRAC. * Strong problem-solving skills and sound technical judgment., This role does not require a degree.
