Do you have experience in Website maintenance?, 2-3 years of ecommerce experience

Hands on experience in managing and maintaining ecommerce websites/portals - Magento2 or similar

Knowledge of marketing platforms and online sales strategies

2-3 years of experience operating in Excel

2-3 years of experience with Google Analytics

Must be able to communicate in English.

## Description

* Monitor website functionality, merchandising, and customer experience to identify and resolve issues.
 * Execute product launches, promotional updates, and seasonal merchandising across ecommerce platforms.
 * Assist with inventory visibility, product availability, and out-of-stock management coordination.
 * Perform routine quality assurance (QA) testing for website updates, landing pages, promotions, and ecommerce functionality.
 * Optimize category organization, search results, and product recommendations to improve conversion and average order value.
 * Manage and optimize product listings and content, including descriptions, images, and pricing.
 * Monitor, analyze, and report on ecommerce KPIs including traffic, conversion rate, revenue, average order value, email performance, and customer engagement; provide actionable recommendations for improvement.
 * Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, merchandising, and IT, to ensure seamless customer experience and achieve business goals.
 * Stay up to date on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to identify new opportunities and optimize performance.
 * Manage relationships with external partners, such as vendors and agencies, to ensure timely and high-quality deliverables.
 * Build, execute, and optimize email marketing campaigns, automated flows, segmentation strategies, and reporting within the Email Service Provider.
 * Create QR codes and landing pages for packaging, print ads, and other marketing needs.
 * Support review collection, syndication and display.
 * Assist with digital advertising campaigns.
 * Support SEO and AI-search optimization efforts through keyword research, metadata management, structured content, technical best practices, and content optimization.
