In this highly visible role, you will shape and deliver IT strategy, ensuring innovative, compliant technology solutions that drive business value and support regulatory excellence. What You'll Work On * Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, translating business strategy into an aligned IT roadmap and prioritized portfolio * Partner with Quality, Regulatory, and Technical Services stakeholders to advance key systems (e.g., eQMS, CAPA, PLM, audit readiness, regulatory submissions, and compliance training) * Lead demand intake, portfolio governance, and investment planning aligned to business priorities and regulatory commitments * Ensure IT solutions meet regulatory, validation, data privacy, and compliance requirements (e.g., 21 CFR Part 11, ISO 13485, GxP) * Collaborate with IT delivery, platform, and support teams to execute initiatives and realize business value * Build and influence strong relationships across business, IT, and external vendor partners * Oversee program delivery, managing scope, schedule, budget, risks, and escalations * Drive process improvements through scalable, compliant technology solutions across global cross-functional teams * Maintain governance and lifecycle controls for regulated systems, including validation, change management, and inspection readiness * Manage IT budgets, capital investments, and ROI while optimizing resource utilization * Promote innovation through adoption of emerging technologies and continuous improvement initiatives ## Related Videos - [Blueprints for Success: Steering a Global Data & AI Architecture](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/videos/1577-blueprints-for-success-steering-a-global-data-ai-architecture) - [Microservices?
