This is a high-impact technical leadership role for engineers with extensive experience in propulsion controls, engine systems requirements, and aerospace product development. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in engine control system development, particularly within gas turbine or internal combustion engine applications, and experience collaborating directly with customers, engineering leadership, and cross-functional teams. This position offers the opportunity to influence next-generation propulsion technologies while mentoring engineers and driving technical excellence across multiple programs., · Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related STEM discipline from an accredited institution. · Minimum 10 years of professional engineering experience. · Extensive experience with propulsion engine control systems and requirements development. · Strong background in propulsion control system components and subsystem integration. · Prior experience supporting aerospace propulsion programs. · Experience working with Honeywell Aerospace Engines and Power Systems.
