Requirements

 * B.S. or B.A. from an accredited university
 * 5+ years Project Management experience
 * Understanding of Project Management processes and best practices
 * Experience working in cross functional teams
 * Proficient with MS Project, Word, Excel and AutoCAD
 * Effective communication (verbal and written)
 * Strong i nterpersonal skills with engineering groups, operations groups, customers, suppliers, and contractors
 * Travel Required (~10%)
Desired Qualifications

 * PMP or formal Project Management training
 * Product Development Project experience
 * Experience working in manufacturing organizations
 * Understanding of Agile methodologies
 * Working knowledge of Smartsheet

## Description

* Manages pr oduct d evelopment p rojects in accordance with Intralox development processes .
 * Develops, monitors , and controls a detailed project plan that includes a scope of work and schedule.
 * Plans, directs, and manages project related tasks.
 * Work with internal stakeholders, commercial team and customers to determine requirements of projects.
 * Serve as a primary point of contact for all project stakeholders and communicate information at the right time, to the right audience .
 * Conduct r isk a ssessment on projects and mitigate risks for work that is activated.
 * Manage s project team capacity , identifies resource constraints and facilitates prioritization and trade off dec isions with the appropriate stakeholders .
 * Apply expert level project management concepts, practices, and procedures to drive project work to completion .
