## Description

We are seeking a reliable and skilled IT Support Technician to provide part-time technical support. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues while delivering excellent customer service to end users., * Provide technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, and mobile devices

 * Troubleshoot hardware, software, and basic network issues
 * Install, configure, and maintain operating systems and applications
 * Assist users with login, email, and connectivity issues
 * Perform routine system updates, patches, and backups
 * Maintain documentation of support requests and resolutions
 * Set up new user accounts, devices, and system access
