 * Desktop GUI experience (tkinter, customtkinter, or similar)

## Description

* Support Windows and macOS systems, Office 365, and standard peripherals
 * Diagnose and resolve network connectivity issues (Wi-Fi, VPN, device configuration)
 * Image and reimage workstations following security and deployment standards
 * Manage user onboarding and offboarding, including account setup and access permissions
 * Log and track incidents in a ticketing system with clear documentation
 * Escalate complex issues with reproduction steps and relevant logs

Development & Automation (roughly half your time):

 * Build internal tools, scripts, and automations to solve recurring IT and operational problems
 * Create lightweight desktop or web-based utilities for data entry, monitoring, or workflow management
 * Design and implement database schemas for tools that don't exist yet
 * Document what you build so others can maintain and extend it
 * Turn one-off workarounds into permanent, repeatable solutions
