## Description

We are seeking a dedicated IT Help Desk Analyst to join our dynamic technology support team. In this role, you will serve as the first point of contact for end-users experiencing technical issues, providing prompt and effective solutions to ensure minimal disruption to daily operations. The ideal candidate will possess strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication abilities, and a solid understanding of information technology systems, including expertise in quantum engineering concepts where applicable.  * Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and system problems efficiently

 * Document all support interactions accurately in the help desk management system
 * Escalate complex issues to specialized technical teams when necessary
 * Install, configure, and update software applications and hardware components
 * Provide training or guidance to users on new technologies or procedures
 * Maintain up-to-date knowledge of emerging IT trends, including quantum engineering applications relevant to organizational needs
 * Contribute to the development of self-help resources such as FAQs and user manuals
