Formal technical training, certifications, and/or additional experience may be substituted for the degree preference. * Specific required experience: º 5+ years of experience with WorkSpace One, Microsoft Intune, and/or Jamf. º 3-5 years of experience with patch management processes. º 2 years of experience writing and leveraging PowerShell automation. º 3+ years of experience with BMC Remedy (Incident/Change/Knowledge) or similar ITSM tools such as ServiceNow. * Experience supporting large enterprise deployments, zero-touch workflows, and mobile security compliance. * Extensive knowledge and hands-on expertise with WorkSpace One, Microsoft Intune, and/or Jamf. * PowerShell scripting proficiency (automation, compliance reporting, bulk management). * Strong technical analysis and advanced troubleshooting capability. * Strong business/systems analysis skills when working with users to capture requirements. * ITSM platform system experience required (BMC or ServiceNow). Qualifications: * Must obtain an agency public trust suitability determination prior to start date * Must have excellent verbal and written communication and stakeholder-facing skills. * Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds * Must be able to work independently and within a multi-disciplinary team in a fast-paced environment. * Must maintain a high level of customer service for all support interactions. * Must have the ability to meet demanding deadlines in a fast-paced technology environment * Experience supporting a complex Federal agency enterprise is a plus. * Relevant certifications such as WorkSpace One, Microsoft Intune/M365, Microsoft Endpoint Administration, and Jamf 200/300 are preferred, but not required. ## Description Serves as a primary technical resource and subject-matter expert supporting the Unified Endpoint Management (UEM) environment. This role configures, maintains, and troubleshoots WorkSpace One, Microsoft Intune, and/or Jamf, develops automation scripts, supports mobile and workstation endpoints, and collaborates with multiple organizations to manage the full lifecycle of endpoint devices. Position requires on-site support.
