## About the Role

Do you have experience in Serving clients?, * 1-2 years of IT support experience (MSP experience preferred but not required).

 * Familiarity with Windows 10/11, Microsoft 365, and networking basics.
 * Knowledge of RMM/PSA tools a plus.
 * Strong communication skills and customer-first mindset.
 * Ability to work on-site daily and support end-users face-to-face.
 * Preferred certifications: CompTIA A+, Network+, Microsoft Fundamentals (MS-900, AZ-900).

## Description

* Provide first-line technical support for client requests via phone, email, and ticketing system.
 * Troubleshoot and resolve issues with desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals.
 * Support Microsoft 365 applications (Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint).
 * Perform user account setup, password resets, and basic Active Directory tasks.
 * Monitor systems via Datto RMM, applying patches and escalating issues as needed.
 * Assist with client onboarding/offboarding, standard software installs, and workstation setups.
 * Deliver on-site support to end-users, ensuring excellent customer service.
 * Document all work performed in Autotask PSA.
