In this role, you will design and deliver high-impact dashboards and reporting solutions that transform complex data into actionable insights, enabling informed decision-making across the organization. This position blends hands-on BI development with strong business partnership and is ideal for an analyst who thrives in a modern data environment and enjoys driving insight at scale. The Role As a **Sr. IT Analyst** on the Business Intelligence team, you will lead the design, development, and optimization of Power BI dashboards and reporting solutions. You will partner closely with data engineers, architects, and business stakeholders to ensure data is well-modeled, performant, and presented in a way that supports operational and strategic decision-making.
