If Associate's Degree, must have equivalent (minimum 6-year work experience) Bonus points if… * Experience with 3GL 4GL languages such as JavaScript * Experience leading workshops for gathering requirements and running meetings * Team lead experience * External client-facing consulting experience ## Description The Workforce Software Functional Architect works closely with teammates to ensure the maximum value of our clients' workforce management investment is achieved. The primary objective for this role is work with industry clients to execute strategic, operational, and financial business plans during all phases of an engagement with clients. They should be able to lead an implementation project from inception thru deployment and deliver client success., * Works with clients' leadership and Accenture project members to identify, analyzes, and devises solutions to address complex business requirements and processes related to all areas of workforce management optimization * Be able to lead all phases of an implementation requirements, construction, testing, and deployment * Collaborates with internal and external stakeholders to identify labor cost best practices, implement process improvements, and drives resources to deliver outcomes on time, within budget and with exceptional quality * Proactively identifies project issues and recommend viable solutions * Provides content expertise for tool set-up and implementation ensuring successful and sustainable execution of workforce management tools and technologies * Leads trainings in workforce management tools for leadership and staff * Supports the development of analytic models; expands functionality of existing analytic tools and presents analyses to front line leaders, mid-level leaders, and senior leadership Travel may be required for this role.
