Questions and requests will be addressed via phone, email, mailed materials, and in-person. The successful candidate will work with team members to add to and maintain listings of current resources to provide to community members. The successful candidate will enter appropriate contact and referral information into the organization's care management database and make follow-up contact as needed. The successful candidate should have experience and be comfortable with Office 365, Excel, and databases, as well as a willingness to learn and master the current and any future phone and other technology used by the organization. The successful candidate will hold an Associates Degree in Social Work or related field, have excellent communication skills, especially listening and patience, and a willingness to troubleshoot and work with a team.
