 * Minimum 1 year of experience in market research, data analysis, research reporting, or a related analytical role
 * Minimum 1 year of demonstrated experience working with quantitative datasets, interpreting findings, and performing basic statistical analysis
 * Experience developing client-facing research reports, dashboards, PowerPoint presentations, or research summaries preferred
 * Proficient in PowerPoint and Excel required
 * Ability to translate technical or data-heavy findings into clear, digestible insights for non-technical audiences
 * Experience working successfully in a remote or highly independent work environment preferred

## Description

Culver Company seeks a fully remote based, detail-oriented and analytically curious Research Report Writer to join our growing team! This role is responsible for transforming quantitative and qualitative research data into clear, compelling, client-ready reports, and strategic insights. The ideal candidate enjoys working with data, identifying trends, and translating complex findings into visuals and narratives that are accurate, actionable, and easy to understand. A significant portion of the role involves taking survey data and converting it into highly simplified, visually compelling PowerPoint presentations and reports, with thoughtful visuals accompanying each key finding or question., * Develop polished, executive-level research reports for quantitative and qualitative research projects, including:

 * -Analyzing quantitative datasets and identifying statistically significant findings,
 * -Interpreting data trends, themes, and patterns to uncover actionable insights,
 * -Reviewing and synthesizing qualitative interview feedback and transcripts, and
 * -Translating complex research findings into clear, concise insights.
 * Design effective data visualizations and reporting outputs leveraging the existing templates, selecting appropriate formats, and aligning presentations to research objectives and audience needs.
 * Manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously within a project management system, prioritizing work effectively to ensure timely, organized, and high-quality deliverables within accelerated client timelines.
 * Communicate proactively regarding project status, timelines, and potential roadblocks
 * Actively participate in company and team meetings, maintaining strong communication, engagement, and responsiveness within a fully remote environment.
 * Demonstrate success working in a remote environment through strong accountability, proactive communication, consistent availability during standard business hours, and the ability to manage work independently
 * Show initiative, curiosity, adaptability, and sound judgment while balancing multiple priorities and deadlines; actively engage with research materials, ask thoughtful questions, contribute ideas and feedback, collaborate effectively with team members, and demonstrate a strong desire to learn and grow.
 * Other duties as assigned, including contributing to cross-functional projects and supporting broader team initiatives as needed., * Work effectively and independently in a fully remote environment, keeping standard business hours, maintaining productivity, responsiveness, and accountability
 * Analyze and interpret quantitative and qualitative research data
 * Create reports, presentations, and data visualizations using PowerPoint and Excel
