You'll run a team of software engineers within Acceleration or Core streams, responsible for one or multiple products like BigPicture Enterprise - Strategic Management for Jira by Appfire Platinum Marketplace Partner, 7pace Timetracker for Jira, Advanced Tables for Confluence, Jira Misc Workflow Extensions (JMWE) and more!, then this role offers the opportunity to have a major, long-term impact on Appfire products, engineering organization, and thousands of customers across the globe. You will have a major impact on the products' short- and long-term roadmap, be responsible for technical decisions, career development of the team members and work priorities. You will lead a team of outstanding engineers, own the technical roadmap, and be responsible for driving continuous improvement in our delivery process, technical health, and team dynamics.
