 * 2-4 years of technical support experience.
 * Basic understanding of Windows operating systems, Microsoft 365, and common office applications.
 * Familiarity with ticketing systems and remote support tools is a plus.

## Description

* Provide first-level support for desktops, laptops, printers, mobile devices, and common business applications.
 * Respond to help desk tickets, emails, and phone calls in a timely manner.
 * Troubleshoot and resolve basic hardware, software, and connectivity issues.
 * Assist with user account creation, password resets, and access requests.
 * Install, configure, and update software applications.
 * Document support requests, solutions, and troubleshooting steps.
 * Escalate complex issues to senior IT staff when necessary.
 * Assist with workstation setup, equipment deployment, and onboarding of new employees.
 * Maintain inventory records for IT equipment and peripherals.
 * Follow company IT policies, procedures, and security standards.
