The environment spans HR, Payroll, Benefits, and Time & Labor on PeopleSoft HCM 9.1 and 9.2. This is a hands-on senior role responsible for the complete security matrix, incident resolution, object migration, and knowledge transfer to client staff., Develop and maintain the full PeopleSoft security matrix across all HCM modules Work with HRMS Functional Analysts to translate access requirements into security designs Document security requirement specifications and build solutions to meet them Troubleshoot and resolve security incidents; collaborate with DBAs and System Administrators Migrate and track PeopleSoft objects and security projects across environments Provide help-desk support for HR application security issues and root-cause analysis Develop test conditions/scripts; document and test assigned roles and security objects Mentor junior team members and support knowledge transfer to client technical staff Provide weekly status reporting to the project manager Work Environment This position is performed on-site five days per week in Mineola, NY. Candidates must be local to the NYC metro / Long Island area or able to commute daily for the full ~18-month engagement.
