Seeking a Senior Specialist with 7 to 11 years of experience to lead and manage projects using Agile methodologies within the Scrum management family, * Lead project planning activities ensuring alignment with organizational goals

 * Manage project schedules to deliver milestones on time and within budget
 * Identify assess and mitigate risks and crises proactively throughout the project lifecycle
 * Establish and maintain project governance frameworks to ensure compliance and quality standards
 * Drive valuedriven delivery by applying Agile principles and practices effectively
 * Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure seamless project execution
 * Facilitate continuous improvement initiatives to optimize project delivery processes
 * Monitor project performance metrics and provide regular status updates to stakeholders

Roles and Responsibilities

 * Define project scope objectives and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders
 * Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans including timelines resources and budgets
 * Lead Scrum ceremonies such as sprint planning daily standups sprint reviews and retrospectives
 * Manage and resolve project risks and issues escalating when necessary
 * Ensure adherence to Agile best practices and Scrum methodologies across teams
 * Coordinate with product owners development teams and other stakeholders to maximize project value
 * Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members on Agile and project management practices
 * Drive effective communication and stakeholder engagement throughout the project lifecycle
