What you bring to the team: * Knowledge of basic computer hardware including desktops and laptop computers, printers, copiers, and smartphones. * Experience supporting Microsoft Windows 10/11 desktop operating system. * Experience with Microsoft 365 applications, including SharePoint, Outlook, Teams, and OneDrive; Edge or Chrome browsers; and Adobe Acrobat, and Zoom. * Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills, including active listening, effective questioning, rapport-building, and the ability to explain technical information in user-friendly language. * Proficient data entry skills and attention to detail. * Ability to conduct research into a wide range of computing issues and quickly absorb, retain, and apply new information. Highly self-motivated and detail oriented, with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. * Strong interpersonal skills and proven ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams. * Demonstrated punctual and reliable attendance Working conditions: Work is performed primarily in an office setting and sedentary in nature, with prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer. Work may involve walking, bending, crouching, crawling, climbing stairs and ladders, and pushing carts. Incumbent must be able to lift up to and carry 50 pounds at times., Candidates must be eligible to work in the United States.
