Covenant Eyes is located in the Eastern Time Zone as are most of the staff. Core hours are Monday through Friday, from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. EST/EDT. Outside of those core hours, team members have flexibility to schedule the rest of their work time with manager approval. ## Description As an experienced Full Stack Developer, we're not just looking for someone who can write good code. We want someone with strong architectural instincts, a product mindset, and a passion for building scalable, maintainable systems. * Collaborate with multiple team throughout the organization to translate high-level requirements into thoughtful end-to-end solutions. You won't just implement features; you'll help define the technical approach and influence product direction. * Design, build, and maintain both frontend and backend systems, ensuring seamless user experiences and reliable application performance across the stack. * Partner closely with Mobile, QA, and Platform teams to define APIs, integration points, and shared architectural patterns that support our growing ecosystem of applications and services. * Uphold and evolve our coding standards.
