About the Role The Intake Coordinator serves as the first point of contact for individuals seeking services and support. This role is responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, coordinating intake and referral processes, maintaining efficient front office operations, and connecting consumers to independent living and community-based resources. The Intake Coordinator plays a critical role in promoting independence, self-advocacy, and full inclusion for individuals with disabilities while ensuring accurate documentation, data management, and operational support.
