## Description

Join our dynamic team as a Music Studio and IT Technician, where your passion for music production and technical expertise will drive innovation and creativity. In this role, you will ensure seamless audio recording, mixing, and production processes while maintaining a robust IT infrastructure. Your energetic approach and problem-solving skills will empower artists and staff alike, creating an inspiring environment for musical excellence., * Provide comprehensive technical support for all music studio equipment, including audio interfaces, microphones, mixing consoles, and recording software

 * Troubleshoot software issues related to digital audio workstations (DAWs), plugins, and other production tools to ensure uninterrupted workflow
 * Manage computer systems, including hardware maintenance, software updates, and operating system configurations across Windows and macOS platforms
 * Maintain and optimize the studio's network infrastructure, including LAN (Local Area Network), Wi-Fi (Meraki), VPN access, firewalls, DNS settings, and TCP/IP configurations
 * Support IT infrastructure by managing user accounts through Active Directory, deploying updates via SCCM (System Center Configuration Manager), and enforcing GPO (Group Policy Objects) policies
 * Assist with computer hardware setup, repairs, and upgrades to ensure reliable performance for all studio operations
