## About the Role

Do you have experience in Windows?, Do you have a Associate's degree?, * Associate's degree in information technology, Computer Science, or related field is preferred.

 * Comp TIA A+ and/or Comp TIA Network+ certification preferred.
 * 3-5 years of experience providing technical support in a business environment preferred.
 * Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and computer hardware
 * Working knowledge of networking concepts, including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN connectivity, and network troubleshooting.
 * Excellent customer service, interpersonal, and communication skills.
 * Ability to prioritize workload, manage multiple tasks simultaneously, work independently, and collaborate effectively with team members, vendors, and business partners to resolve technical issues.
