Ideal Candidate… * Has a strong background in problem solving and analytical skills. * Possesses Healthcare integration knowledge. * Has experience working in Agile, Scrum, or structured project environments. * Has a strong ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders * Embraces ambiguity and is excited to take ownership of a platform in transition * Is passionate about improving healthcare delivery and creating better digital experiences for providers and patients * Is passionate about Baylor Genetics mission and eager to make a real impact ## Description Interface Development and Maintenance: * + Build and maintain interfaces between Epic and external systems (using HL7, X12, FHIR, etc.) + Monitor interface operations and proactively identify, troubleshoot, and resolve issues related to message delivery, formatting, and connectivity. + Work closely with other Epic analysts and technology team to share configurations and support testing of the workflows. Testing and Validation: * + Develop and execute unit, systems, integration, and user acceptance testing (UAT) for new and modified interfaces. + Collaborate with engineering teams, clients, and end users to validate interface functionality, performance, and data integrity. + Troubleshooting discrepancies and ensuring resolution prior to go-live or deployment. Documentation and Reporting: * Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation for interface builds, configurations, workflows, and troubleshooting guides. * Generate regular status reports, error logs, and performance metrics for internal tracking and audit purposes. * Ability to deliver high-quality documentation, test plans, and change control records.
