Physical Requirements: * Ability to stand, walk, and lift heavy objects (up to 50 pounds) regularly. * Ability to perform field inspections and assessments, which may involve walking, climbing, and lifting. * Ability to wear personal protective equipment (PPE) as required. ## Description The Design Engineer is responsible for supporting WCR manufacturing operations through tooling design, engineering innovation, and process improvement initiatives. This role focuses on designing and improving tooling for metal stamping and rubber compression molding operations while supporting manufacturing efficiency, quality standards, and operational reliability.
