Our values are: show your passion, act as an owner and think rigorously, figure it out & hold the line As a UX Senior Consultant at North, you'll take ownership of defining and shaping meaningful user experiences-working closely with clients, product managers, and development teams to design digital products that are both usable and impactful for the business. You operate at a strategic level, connect user needs with business goals, and bring clarity to complex problem spaces through research, structure, and strong design rationale. You lead by example, raise the bar for quality, and help teams make better decisions through design. The ideal candidate brings strong UX fundamentals, critical thinking, and the confidence to challenge assumptions while driving projects forward.
