Preferred Qualifications

 * Experience working in a regulated industry (medical device, pharmaceutical, biotechnology, manufacturing, or similar).
 * Experience with quality systems and compliance practices.
 * GMP knowledge or experience preferred.
 * Experience with SAP, ERP systems, or related business software.
 * Experience with document control or quality management systems.
 * Experience implementing or supporting procedural changes.
 * Experience collaborating with multifunctional and cross-functional teams.
 * Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and/or Google Workspace.
 * Academia candidates with substantial relevant experience and the ability to adapt to an industry environment are encouraged to apply.

## Description

BEPC is seeking a detail-oriented Document Control Specialist to support our client's operations in Tucson, Arizona. This position will play a key role in supporting process improvement initiatives, managing documentation workflows, and coordinating activities across multiple teams. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, experience working in regulated environments, and the ability to thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced setting while maintaining a high level of quality and compliance., * Maintain, organize, and manage documentation systems and records.

 * Ensure compliance with regulatory and quality documentation standards.
 * Support document control, archiving, and record retention activities.
 * Coordinate document reviews, approvals, revisions, and updates.
 * Assist with procedural change management and documentation updates.
 * Support a team with coordinating process improvement activities.
 * Manage and coordinate documentation workflows to ensure timely completion of tasks.
 * Provide information, communication, and coordination support across multiple teams.
 * Collaborate closely with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure documentation accuracy and compliance.
 * Support data security and confidentiality requirements.
 * Identify opportunities to improve document control processes and workflow efficiency.
 * Assist scientific and operational teams with documentation-related activities as needed.
