The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of healthcare delivery transformation and hands-on experience collaborating with UI/UX design to ensure intuitive, user-centered solutions. The successful candidate will demonstrate a balanced, professional communication style-someone who can drive outcomes, lead discussions, and manage competing priorities without aggression or confrontation, maintaining a respectful and collaborative tone across diverse teams. This role required a highly organized, analytical, and collaborative professional who can partner effectively across technology, clinical, and business teams to deliver high-impact solutions aligned with organizational goals., * Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, Computer Science, or a related field. * 3+ years of experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager in Population Health or Value-Based Care settings. * Proven experience working in Agile/Scrum environments. * Strong understanding of release planning, release management, and product delivery. * Demonstrated collaboration with UI/UX design teams to deliver intuitive user experiences. * Knowledge of care coordination, risk adjustment, and value-based reimbursement models. * Proficiency in Jira, Confluence, and design tools such as Figma, Miro or similar. * Excellent analytical, organizational and communication skills. * Must be able to work between the hours of 6:00am-2:30pm est. to accommodate global teams.
