## Description

The IT Manager oversees day-to-day IT operations, support services, systems maintenance, and user experience while driving automation and AI-enabled efficiency in service delivery., * Manage IT help desk and support ticketing system

 * Oversee hardware, software, and system maintenance
 * Support network and infrastructure performance
 * Troubleshoot technical issues across departments
 * Maintain IT documentation and system logs
 * Support vendor coordination and system updates
 * Track IT performance metrics and service levels
 * Additional duties as assigned

AI & Automation Requirement

 * Must implement AI-powered help desk and ticket routing systems
 * Responsible for automating repetitive IT support tasks
 * Expected to use AI tools for diagnostics, documentation, and system monitoring
 * Must continuously identify opportunities to reduce manual IT workload through automation
