Bonus Points: * Microsoft certifications such as MS-900, MD-102, AZ-900, SC-900, or equivalent. * Security+, Microsoft Security, or other cybersecurity-related certifications. * Experience administering SharePoint Online and Microsoft 365 collaboration tools. * Experience with endpoint security and device management platforms. * Experience supporting multi-location organizations and remote workforces. * Familiarity with cybersecurity frameworks including NIST 800-171 and NIST 800-53. * Understanding of identity and access management, conditional access policies, and security best practices. * Exposure to vulnerability management, compliance initiatives, or security awareness programs. ## Description We are seeking an IT Support Engineer who enjoys solving problems, improving systems, and delivering exceptional service to internal users. This is an excellent opportunity for a professional looking to expand beyond traditional help desk support and gain hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 administration, Entra ID, Intune, endpoint management, identity and access management, and enterprise technology operations. You'll play a key role in securing, supporting, and improving the systems that power our business.
