 * Abilities: Extensive experience developing high-volume, transactional SaaS web applications with strong expertise in T-SQL, SQL Server performance tuning, and Agile methodologies; preferred background includes .NET 8.0+, ASP.NET Web API, LINQ, Dapper, Test Driven Development, real-time financial systems, automated unit testing, and business modeling using UML and use cases.
 * Experience: 3+ years of software development experience with deep expertise in web application development using C#, ASP.NET, .NET Core, RESTful services, MS SQL Server/T-SQL, Pub/Sub, and object-oriented design, along with hands-on experience in Azure cloud solutions, Kubernetes environments, and microservices architecture.
 * Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or other related discipline is required. Master's degree preferred.

## Description

* Build impactful, high-performance software by developing, testing, and maintaining scalable, secure applications within a collaborative Scrum team.
 * Solve complex business challenges alongside software engineers, QA, and product owners while continuously improving code quality, team productivity, and technical practices.
 * Be a key contributor from design to deployment-translate user stories into innovative solutions, write clean code, and document technical specifications.
 * Embrace continuous learning and mentorship by helping teammates grow professionally and promoting best practices in coding, security, and development processes.
 * Support critical systems through occasional off-hours on-call rotation (every 3-4 months) and release deployments to ensure platform availability and reliability.
 * Stay engaged and connected with occasional travel (up to 15%) to participate in company events, workshops, and conferences.
