## About the Role

* 8+ years of professional experience.
 * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
 * High School and 4 years of additional experience or Associate's Degree and 2 years of additional experience might be substituted for a Bachelor's degree
 * A candidate holding a relevant Master's degree might be granted 2 years' experience credit and a candidate holding a relevant PhD degree might be granted 4 years' experience credit
 * 5 years of ServiceNow Development experience.
 * Experience with ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, CMDB, or HRSD
 * Proficiency in JavaScript, Glide API, and ServiceNow Studio
 * Understanding of ServiceNow data architecture and integrations

Preferred Qualifications:

 * ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) OR ServiceNow Certified Application Developer
 * Experience supporting military or federal government clients
 * Familiarity with Agile development processes
 * Knowledge of ITIL concepts and practices
 * Experience developing custom applications within ServiceNow

Clearance Requirements:

 * Must have an active Secret clearance.

Physical Requirements:

 * Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50%
 * Needs to occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, etc.
 * Frequently communicates with co-workers, management, and customers, which may involve delivering presentations. Must be able to exchange accurate information in these situations.

## Description

* Developing and customizing ServiceNow applications and modules based on mission requirements
 * Designing workflows, scripts, and user interfaces within the ServiceNow platform
 * Integrating ServiceNow with third-party tools and data sources. Supporting ServiceNow upgrades, patching, and performance tuning
 * Collaborating with stakeholders to gather requirements and recommend best-practice solutions
 * Maintaining platform stability, security, and data integrity. Troubleshooting and resolving incidents related to the ServiceNow platform
 * Creating technical documentation, user guides, and training materials
 * Ensuring compliance with U.S. Southern Command IT policies and processes
