You will be responsible for executing mission-critical solutions by incorporating modern development and integration techniques, while also fostering a strong, collaborative relationship with Oracle to ensure alignment with product roadmaps, go-to-market strategies, and pipeline development. You bring a deep understanding of Oracle HCM Cloud -including key trends and challenges, and have experience migrating large organizations to the platform. This role is equal parts delivery execution and forward-looking leadership, enabling Accenture Federal Services to drive impactful, scalable Oracle HCM transformations.
