## About the Role

CACI is seeking a skilled and experienced Systems Engineer (Level 3) to join our dynamic team to support a DoD client in Suitland, MD. The ideal candidate will possess a Top Secret/SCI clearance and have a robust background in computer science, engineering, or a related discipline. This role requires a blend of technical expertise, practical testing experience, and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts effectively., * Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline is desired.

 * Minimum of 10+ years of relevant experience in systems engineering.
 * Skills:
 * Practical testing expertise with a focus on application and system documentation.
 * Experience in the preparation of standard operating procedures.
 * Strong skill in developing and applying requirements.
 * Excellent communication skills to effectively translate technical understanding into technical writing for non-technical end users.
 * Proficiency in data map creation and maintenance for data ingest processes.
 * Certifications:
 * Must possess one of the following industry certifications (or equivalent education) at a minimum:
 * CCNA
 * CAP
 * Security+ CISSP
 * CASP
 * Security Clearance:
 * Active Top Secret/SCI clearance is required.

## Description

* System and Application Testing:
 * Conduct practical testing of applications and systems.
 * Develop and maintain comprehensive application and system documentation.
 * Standard Operating Procedures:
 * Prepare and update standard operating procedures to ensure consistency and efficiency in system operations.
 * Requirements Development:
 * Skillfully develop and apply system requirements.
 * Translate technical requirements into clear, concise documentation for non-technical end users.
 * Data Management:
 * Create and maintain data maps for data ingest processes.
 * Ensure accurate and efficient data flow within systems.
 * Collaboration:
 * Work closely with developers to understand system functionalities and requirements.
 * Act as a liaison between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
